1. Processing Time.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Locations.
We currently ship only within the United States, including Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Please note that delays may occur due to carrier issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will include tracking information if available.
5. Lost or Undelivered Packages.
D24 is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or not delivered due to carrier errors or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
